   The experience overall was great. We went here for our anniversary and my birthday. Everything including our waiter Michael, was fantastic. The tempura lobster tail was TO DIE FOR! We will absolutely be back. My ONLY gripe was that our steaks were not cooked properly but they tasted amazing.

   Our waitress was excellent - attentive to our table and very nice. Food was very good but too pricey for what you actually got - steak had way too much fat on. Also some items were too salty.The atmosphere was very pleasant.

   Overall, it was a good experience. However, the steak on my husband’s salad was cold and another person had to send her steak back as it was not medium it was well done. Replaced her steak very quickly. But was still a little tough and over cooked.

   Service was top shelf. Our waitress was as attentive, hard working and enjoyable to engage. Strip Steak was awesome. Overall profile of the meal was a little too salty, still excellent. I look forward to returning.

   For a second visit, it was pretty quiet but as we finished to leave, the noise level started to rise. The food and service was very good. Reason only a 4 for overall and food was that an item I requested was not available so had to choose something different. Either way, the food I did receive was still very good and will be going back again.

   Very crowded, arrived early and was told they would seat us as soon as possible. Had a seat at the bar and had one drink. Dinner was fantastic, pork chop and filet with shrimp. Both cooked as ordered. Even though very busy, our server made sure we had everything we needed. Have gone to Firebirds many times, never disappointed and always impressed with service.
