    Waited more than 25 minutes before being seated even though we arrived 5 minutes before the reservation time. Why even take reservations if they are not holding tables and just let people walk in. Food was just OK. Service was poor. Possibly because they are very busy that evening.

    We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds last night, despite it being a busy New Year's Eve. Our server Isaac was relaxed and funny and kept us feeling the same and enjoying our time. There were some delays in food and beverage arrival but we expected that due to the holiday and nothing was unmanageable. We were never made to feel rushed, and Isaac and the rest of the staff (Mike specifically) all pitched in to assist each other and keep things moving for all the tables. We all enjoyed our dinners - food was perfectly cooked and arrived hot and tasty. It was a great start to a celebratory night out and a fun way to end the year. Kudos to everyone who worked last night. You made everyone feel welcome and like you were actually happy to be working on New Year's Eve.

    Favorite local place. Lovely decor with the dark wood. Gorgeous bar with colorful lights and fireplace. Comfy booths and great service (but slow—it was New Year’s Eve though); the double black diamond martini is so yummy I had 2! Deviled eggs app and delicious Salmon salad; and the carrot cake was so big I had to take most of it home. Overall a lovely, relaxed pace dining experience.

    Although it was New Year’s Eve a restaurant should be staffed appropriately. Our waitress was the worst. One person had to ask several times for a water refill. Waitress took 15 minutes to come to our table initially. Alcohol drinks took a very long time Two people didn’t get their salads, but one did! - couldn’t find waitress until food was served to bring to her attention. Food was excellent. But you need good service to go with great food.

    It was really nice. Being loud on New year’s does not surprise me. Food was really good.

    Food and service was beyond expectations, as busy as they were on New Year’s Eve everyone including the manager were taking care of customers. Great job!

    Great menu! The 3 course menu was a fantastic value with nice portion sizes at a food price. Our table for 10 was comfortable and service was good despite the busy evening on NYE. Will be back!

    Everything is good from food , service and inside of restaurant. I had taco and potato chips. The chips added a little bit too much salt. We cannot finish. That is the only thing down.

    Never eating here again. Reservation was for 8pm, and though we were seated pretty promptly, it took over an hour for someone to take our food order and then another 40 minutes for the food to be served. Yes, they comped significant portions of the the check. But still. The problem appeared to be systemic, and limited to only a few tables — some people who were seated after us had paid and left before our food was served. Deeply frustrating and disappointing.
