Never eating here again. Reservation was for 8pm, and though we were seated pretty promptly, it took over an hour for someone to take our food order and then another 40 minutes for the food to be served. Yes, they comped significant portions of the the check. But still. The problem appeared to be systemic, and limited to only a few tables — some people who were seated after us had paid and left before our food was served. Deeply frustrating and disappointing.

The moderately priced three piece meal was excellent. The total price was reasonable and the amount of food was perfect. This is an excellent restaurant for a Family dinner.

A bit in the pricier side, even for appetizers. Sat at the bar. The bartender refilled our drinks as necessary. She didn’t rush us out. It was moderately busy. Food was delicious so worth spending more for it. At the end of the night the toilets do not flush and we notified the bar tender. She advised that there is a water pressure problem at the end of the night. Good ambiance, great taste. Will be back in a week.

Despite there being only one other table, service was slow. It took a long time to get our carafe of mimosas that we ordered immediately. It actually came out after the food. Server was super nice though. Food was ok not bad and nothing worth getting again. Experience was overall mediocre.

Best meal I have had in years. I am from Chicago where the food scene is vast and exceptional. Firebirds' tenderloin and grilled lobster was a 10! Our waiter Mike was fabulous!

We eat here often and the food is terrific. Tonight we had the prime rib - excellently cooked and seasoned.

The waiter we had was very slow and everyone around us received bread but us. Took him forever to come back with our drinks and to take our orders. Kept having to ask other staff for things because he would walk so fast past our table without checking in. My steak was too rare and my boyfriends was too tough. The decor, noise level and lighting was very intimate. I would possibly give another try but definitely need a new waiter next time.

The food was excellent as usual, but a VERY noisy office party in the bar area forced us to move to the dining area after we ordered but before we were served. We paid the bill at the bar and were re-seated, and then became "orphans,." At that point, we weren't anybody's guests until I asked to talk to the manager. Not the usual A+ experience at Firebirds.

Went there for brunch with my sisters. The food was delicious and our waiter, Matt (I think that was his name), was really nice and attentive.
