Food is always great WHEN the order comes to the table correctly. Yes they were gracious and fixed it however, sending a wrong order back when everyone has their food isn’t a good thing. When GiGi managed the restaurant things ran like a well oiled machine. We are there often enough to notice the changes.☹️

Service and food were both great! We both had the “three course meal”with prime rib, which was an amazing value for all the food we received and it was delicious 😊

Service was excellent and salad / entree was well paced. Filet was cooked perfectly at medium temperature, as ordered, but it was a rather "fatty" cut for a filet and a little disappointing overall.

Dylan was a amazing server and took great care of me and my family and friends, he was very attentive and had refills out at the perfect times, if I was a manager I would be promoting him as much as possible and giving him a big raise, we will definitely be back soon for great food and great service. THANK YOU FIREBIRDS!

You could not pay me to come back here. Me and my boyfriend came here to celebrate our anniversary and the food was awful, my soup was cold, my vegetables looked like they were microwaved, same with my potatoes, tasted like it too, and the salad was wilted and had some brown on it and it had no flavor. And my FILET tasted like a burger and it was grey on the outside. Our server, Simone, was amazing.

We frequent FB and always have a great experience. Today the ahi tuna shareable that I always get was terrible, the tuna was not fresh and the salad mix was off. My husband ordered the rack of ribs. The portion was small, sparse in meat and over sauced. Our friend ordered a chicken sandwich with tater tots and received fries instead. Our server acted uninterested and detached,. We all still tipped appropriately, regardless of the service.
