Took 45 minutes to get our food. Grilled shrimp were charred but cold. Sea bass was “fishy “ and unaccompanied by the sautéed shrimp per the menu. Filet was good and properly cooked. Augratin potatoes are made with a cheese like velveeta. They really had kitchen issues and tried to make things right. It was our first time. We will try again.

We had some issues with the food and service. Our server was nice, but there was def. Some issues in the kitchen. My steak was medium well, but I ordered medium. It was still good taste wise. Just order was incorrect based on how I asked for that. One of our party’s food took much longer to come out than the rest of the party. It was good, but overall the experience could have been better. Room for improvement as a restaurant whole.

We brought my parents to Firebirds for my dad’s 83rd birthday. We have been here many times and the food is always good as is the service. My parents both loved the food.

A little noisy for my comfort making it difficult to have conversations. Food was good, steak a little undercooked. Salad was good. Service was attentive.

Food was good overall. The SW scalloped potatoes were good but the gray potatoes were not visually appealing. Good server. Very personable.
