    The food was outstanding. I always order my filet med well and I ask that they not butterfly it. My steak was perfectly done. My potato was perfectly cooked and wonderfully fluffy. My husband ate scallops and shrimp both were perfectly prepared.

    We were promptly seated & the service was excellent. Drinks were great & the waiter was informative about menu selections. The food was good, not all great. The atmosphere was nice but expected seasonal, classy music on Christmas Eve. Maybe this isn’t universally acceptable?? But would’ve enhanced the festive mood! We will be back and try other menu items! Cheers!

    We had a group of 9 people who were cold and hungry. Firebirds hit the spot. Great food and drink.

    The people were great but the food was mediocre. Also, the opentable App need a lot of work.

    A bit disappointing, there was old bread under the table, table top was wet and sticky. It was freezing in the restaurant with lots of drafts. Entree was great which was nice, but service was slow and not very responsive. We have been going for years, but overall quality and service has continued to slip, probably our last time there unfortunately.

    We waited over an hour for our food. The server never even came to the table to give us a status update or apologize for the delay. After 35 minutes she walked past and asked us if we wanted bread, still with no communication about the food status. Very disappointing experience and my parents were in from out of town.
