Always gone to Southpoint location and loved it came to celebrate my birthday at this location and safe to say I will not be coming back 6 of us 3 of the plates had to be sent back cause they were cold when they came back they just heated but didn’t remember who’s was who so food got sent back again. When half of the people got there remakes 1 ended up having hair in it. Only half of my group got to eat food. Won’t be coming back!

Great place. Staff was so welcoming. Our server was perfect and a very nice person. We both enjoyed our meals. I had the shrimp and strawberry salad. Next time I think we will plan on eating in the bar area with fireplace.

Sadly this was probably the worst experience I’ve had here. Hopefully just a one off. My step son asked if they had Colby jack for his burger instead of cheddar. The waiter said yes. It came out with pepper jack, huge difference for a kid! Drinks barely got refilled. When it came time to pay, I used a certificate that expires soon and some gift cards I purchased, the waiter used the gift cards first and then the little that was left on the one that expires and you can only use once….

We had the baby back ribs and they were great as usual. This time we had Brad the waiter who was very attentive and accommodating. Kudos to Brad and the chef! Linda F Cary, NC We ate at the Morrisville restaurant.

The shrimp and grits were amazing! We also had the steak Benedict. Everything I’ve ever had has always been great! Don’t miss it!

My husband and I used to love coming here. The steaks were good for a chain and their apps as well. However each visit has shown some type of decline in our experience, and this last visit made us finally agree that we won’t be returning the firebirds. The steaks were inconsistently cooked, we both ordered medium however my steak had less red but was bleeding like crazy and my husbands was completely raw. The lobster Queso dip was average, absolutely not worth the $18 for a plate full of below average tortilla chips. Overall it was a disappointing visit that has left us not wanting to return. Not to mention their sanitation rating of 93, which even cook out gets way higher.

The food is consistently good at Firebirds, and the prices are very affordable. However, they overcooked our steaks on both of my visits. They were very willing to recook them, but it's still disappointing to have to wait when the rest of your party starts eating their meals. I also expected them to offer some consolation, but neither time they did. The rest of the service was great and the food and drinks make up for it. But I'll likely skip the steak the next time I visit.
