    Unfortunately this time it was not that good as my wife's steak and lobster tail were too chewy and uneatable. We have always had good meals there in the past. The manager came over and she was very nice about the whole ordeal. They did not charge us for her meal and asked her if she wanted anything else but we said no. Having family in the restaurant business you never know what they would do to your food if ever there is a complaint.

    The food is always excellent. It gets busy, so reservations are sometimes hard to get at peak times. Without a reservation, you me be seated at the high-tops by the bar, which rather congested. People seem to come just for the bar, which can make getting a drink at your table slower. Still, very good food.

    I've dined at Firebirds many times, but this last visit was disappointing. I had booked a family group dinner for 10 and we were seated in the main lobby as you enter the restaurant, as opposed to something away from the door. Unfortunately, our server was not attentive, and we had to go find assistance multiple times on ordered items that hadn't appeared. Following dinner, my niece stacked the dishes - as no one had bothered to clean up our dishes long after we were done! No one was pleased with the service. The food, however, was very good.

    Our waiter, Brendan, was excellent. Very attentive. Kept us informed and was there if we needed anything.

    My first time at firebirds with my family. I loved the food I had a waiter his name was Sam he was very nice, courteous, and pleasant. Definitely deserved the tip! Restaurant was clean spacious and we’re glad we picked the 430pm time because it was starting to get packed. we’ll definitely go again.

    We arrived on time for our reservation and were greeted, served drinks, bread, and apps fairly promptly. Then we waited almost an hour for our entrees. At no point did our waitress inform us of any backup or issues in the kitchen. When our food finally arrived, my moms salad was hot like it had been sitting under a heat lamp; her soup had bacon on it which she had requested to withhold; my husbands steak was so cold that the fat wasn’t even melted; my and my daughter’s burgers were lukewarm at best. Nothing else felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp except the salad. We managed to get the inedible steak removed from the bill, but at no point did anyone appear to apologize for the inconveniences. I’d never had an issue dining at Firebirds before, and I think we would have been more than accommodating if there had been some communication about whatever was going on. But then a lot of our food was barely edible let alone enjoyable, we really only ate because we were starving and didn’t feel like waiting another potential hour for replacement food.
