    I had the Durango burger, my wife had the Baja shrimp pasta. We both really enjoyed our meal. It was a busy night, but our server Mirakle was always making sure everything was okay, that we had ample bread and drinks before our food got there and was super nice and prompt. We have no complaints, and for a bustling night like Valentine’s Day, we were impressed

    For being Valentine's Day I thought the entire staff did a great job. Service was good, a tad slow but that is to be expected with the amount of tables that were being seated. Our meal was great.

    The prime rib was excellent! Other party members had salmon, which they said was also excellent.

    We loved the deviled egg appetizer. My nephew really liked his steak tacos and I liked my burger. I’d come back for lunch again for sure. I saw they were improving the patio so I’ll check that out in the summer time.

    Party of 7 - 3 of our steaks were sent back as the ribeye was over done and chewy. Was supposed to be medium 2 filet mignon that were ordered medium to medium rare plus and they came out rare, barely cooked. The other 2 filet mignon were not cooked correctly either but we ate them. Firebirds is not cheap and I was highly disappointed. I don’t expect a free meal with the mistakes but they didn’t even offer a discount. Won’t be back, not worth it. Met Omaha natives for dinner while in town, they said it was the worst meal they’ve had in Omaha.

    We had a large party sat next to us with one unattended child. No fault to the restaurant, child fell into our table because she was standing on a chair. The volume of that group was loud with vulgar language that was never addressed. Again no fault of staff as the place was packed. Some individuals need some polishing when in a public place. Food was amazing. Staff was more than attentive and courteous. We have never been disappointed in the food or atmosphere.

    Our service & food was outstanding. Only disappointment was I stated on my reservation we were celebrating our 54 anniversary & the girl wanted to seat us at a table in the main area on the aisle. I did not want an aisle & was moved by the wine cooler. I just felt had anyone read my comments on the reservation we should have been seated in a booth by the window which was open and more intimate & private. Our waiter had not been informed of our celebration either. We love Firebirds & celebrate our anniversary here every year for over 6 yrs now
