    We used to dine at Firebirds at least once a month but quality of food has continued to go downhill. Steak is consistently over cooked. Medium well steak served with no pink in center. My son has always ordered tater tots with his filet and they are old and taste twice fried. Always (for past 4-5 visits) Not just a bad night. When 80% of the food is uneaten on a plate at the end of the meal, maybe they should inquire. I think they just don’t care and quality of food shows it.

    We went to eat at Firebirds with a party of 10 and got great service. Our waitress was so tentative to our requests and the food was excellent. Highly recommend it!

    Amazing service and food was excellent. they didn’t have bread which was a bummer but everything else was great!

    Server tried his best to take care of our table. But they always have difficulty getting food out of the kitchen. Every time we try the restaurant it seems they have the same issues. You would think management would be replaced by now with competent staff. That’s the fault of the chain and not the servers helping the customers.

    All of our food was salty!! The salmon, burger, pork chop and ribeye steak. I’m not sure what was going on in the kitchen but it wasn’t good at all. We went there for my husband’s birthday and spent over $150 on dinner and it was AWFUL!!! The ribeye was extremely chewy. Very disappointing!!!! Will not be returning or recommending to anyone! Also the server was nice but never cleared our plates from the table.

    We had a large party and absolutely loved our experience. The staff was very friendly and our food was excellent!

    This is our very favorite restaurant and location. We experienced incredible service and they took care of us very well in light of having an unusually long wait due to inclement weather. We’d like to keep this spot to ourselves because it’s special but we can’t help it also recommending it.
