Overall, the food, the lighting them ambience was great. My only little issue is the service we did sit for a long time before anyone came by. It turned out that actually the manager ended up seeing us sitting there for a long time and came and asked if our server came, and then she went and got the server we waited a long time for our food And even for the waiter to come back for a refill on drinks, but he was polite and courteous, and informed us when the food would be ready, but even with that, it was a while before he came to tell us, but he was a great person and he was a great server But the service time was pretty long before he came back to the table

Terrible experience, poor service and food quality. We were a party of 5 but 3 of us received our order way after the other two. Food was cold and poor taste. No wonder this place was not busy at all on Sunday for lunch. Wie will not go back!

Excellent service our server Sheila was phenomenal and deserves 10 stars if could rate her that. Firebirds made my anniversary with my wife one of the best moments yet!!! Definitely will be back

The service was quick and friendly. The waiters worked as a team. I noticed the manager was also involved and helping. The food was delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Great Experience at Firebirds! We had a wonderful experience at Firebirds! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. Everything was well-prepared and enjoyable. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!

We love Firebirds, but on this night our experience was not very good. The server handed me a very hot plate. After almost spilling it I saw that she was using potholders. I spilled the aujus and asked for another one but she never came back. I asked for the steak medium rare, but it was completely red. Also, it was the toughest piece of steak I've ever had. I'm grateful that the steak was taken off our bill.
