   The food was excellent. Of the three entries obtained, everyone was very delighted with their meal. Our server was pleasant and prompt. The only minor issue was the staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. The gentleman who we approached about having a reservation never said a word to us like “Welcome “. He just started walking to the dining area and we inherently followed him to our table. Never a smile or comment. To me that sets a poor atmosphere. Outside of that, it was a good dining experience.

   Chilean Sea Bass is THE best! The Big Daddy Chocolate Cake or the Chocolate Brownie are great deserts. Our server Kaye was very attentive and knowledgeable.

   The service was great, fast and efficient. Food was excellent and cooked exactly how it was ordered. Been there many times and I am an Inner Circle member. As always my only complaint is the noise level. They need sound buffers hanging from the ceilings!

   It wasn’t crowded at all. Our waitress was amazing and on point. The food was delicious

   It was very busy so the service was a bit slower than other times I’ve been here, though I totally understand being as it was Saturday night at 5:45 pm when we were seated. The food was good the server was pleasant and the order itself was on point. Will be back as Firebirds is one of my favorite restaurants, both the North Hills and Southpoint locations. This review was for the North Hills location on 03-08-25.

   Wait time on everything was horrible. We were there over 2 hours. I ordered the salmon and lobster fondue and it literally had 2 very small pieces of lobster and the salmon was over cooked. Server was nice but so slow with taking drinks, bringing drinks, taking food order, bringing salads, bringing food, everything. Not likely to return.

   When we first got there things were calm and fine but by the time our food got to us the noise level was so loud that we were unable to have a conversation while we ate.

   Samera gave excellent customer service and made sure my date and I were accomodated with whatever we needed. I really value that and will be returning there to dine in the future.

    When the old GM was there, we went frequently because the food was always hot, prepared properly, and good. We have noticed since new management has stepped in that things have changed. First of all, the bread they served was as hard as a rock. We ordered the three-course special prime rib. The entree arrived before our soup, and the prime rib was already cold then. The server was embarrassed by the mistake. They brought our brownie dessert, and it was so burnt it had a terrible smell and was as hard as a rock. I cannot believe whoever works in their kitchen didn't notice this. The manager gave us a new one to take home and made light of the kitchen error.
