    A first-rate steak house, with a good variety of non-steak options, and great sides. Cook was a bit off on a couple of our steaks, but manager made it right immediately. We will definitely be back.

    My server was very friendly and the food was good. The only thing o didn’t like was being close to the kitchen and asked could I have a booth when booties were empty and was told they were not available. Other than that I really liked my waitress Taylor

    Very nice setting with great food. While I enjoy many dishes here, my favorite thing is their mixed green salad with cilantro lime vinaigrette. YUM!

    The food was excellent and the service was even better. The only issue was the hostess sat us in the nosiest, worst seat, next to the kitchen, and dashed off before I even reached the table, to request another table. I didn’t feel like going back up front, so we stayed put. I couldn’t hear the waitress or my wife most of the time.

    Had a reservation at 4pm, got there at 340pm. Checked in and the host told me we would be seated closer to our time. Watch 3 different guest come in and ask how long was the wait they was told 40mins. All 3 tables got seated before our reservation. I had to go and ask what was going on, then she had to look up me reservation again then said we can be seated now. Got seated at 420pm. This was very disappointing, but the waitress and the food made it all better!.

    Always good for a casual night out. Little change in menus over the years. Food always above average just not fine dining.

    Have tried this location twice. First time was served severely undercooked chicken in a salad. Today we had two undercooked steaks and 1/2 of our party received the wrong sides.

    We are Firebird regular customers. Tonight’s experience was terrible. Meal had to be sent back. Service was totally unacceptable and lacking in any attentiveness. Very disappointed
