   Excellent service from EVERYONE , all the time ! Servers and managers are always friendly , and treat my wife and I like family. Server got a 35% tip, and if you can't tip AT LEAST 25%, Don't eat at ANY restaurants .

   The greeter wasn’t terribly friendly. Had a reservation, arrived about 5 min early and had to wait 10 min. Server was very sweet and did a good job. Could’ve been a bit more attentive to our drinks but overall she did fine. Food was great! Cooked to perfection, and was very flavorful. My daughter had the three course special with a salad, sirloin, and dessert. It was her birthday and she was quite pleased. I had the salmon entree with steamed veggies and baked potato and it was outstanding.

   Waitress verry nice. Food was not good at all. My Colorado chicken salad had hard pieces of chicken in it. Hamburger was raw when asked for it to be medium. Deviled eggs had no flavor bacon on top not cooked. Water glasses dirty.

   Friendly service! Fillet was very good, perfectly cooked! Lobster spinach queso was fantastic! Will be dining here again!

   We usually dine at the Firebirds in Collierville, but decided to give this one a shot . The food was not what we are use to when dining at Firebirds. Both of our steaks were overcooked. And just dry. The lobster tail arrived to the table without drawn butter . We asked for some drawn butter, our waitress looked at us cross side, like she had never heard of that before. After that the waitress seemed to have a bit of an attitude almost as if we had wronged her .Two managers passed by our table multiple times and couldn’t be bothered to stop by to ask how the food or the experience was. Needless to say it’ll be a very, very long time before we decide to go back and give this location another try. Not that you want my opinion, but I would say skip this restaurant for now and go to the location in Collierville it’s worth the drive!

   Our server was the BEST I’ve ever seen. More servers need to take lead. Please send me her name. I want her again.
