Ive always had a good experience at Firebird's but this time was way off. The Ceasar salad had little to no dressing. I ordered my steak medium, received a well done steak. Not a pleasant experience.

First time the food was not that good. Salmon was just ok and the potato was hard and cold. If you are spending that much money the door should be better.

The service was great. Very nice gal who did everything she could to make it a good experience. And it wasn’t a horrible one by any means but definitely average for today’s day and if you want to talk value for what you spend, it’s not worth it. To start, we were sat at a small, tiny little table pushed up against the window. For a dinner reservation? We had no room, the table wobbled, and to put it simply.. it was uncomfortable. To spend $100+ on a dinner just to sit at a table like I’m at Panera Bread. Huge mistake. Not fair to any guest. Owner needs to change that. My husband got the 16 oz aged rib eye with the Port Mushrooms. Ended up sending the mushrooms back. (He does not do that often at all so that should say something.) they were over cooked and bland. We love mushrooms too and they were not what they could’ve been. He tried the scalloped potatoes instead. Our waitress took great care of us in that manner and we greatly appreciated that. The steak was good but average. The best part was the garlic, herb, and thyme butter he added on top. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and fries. It was good. I loved the candied jalapeño mayo.

They we awesome and friendly. They set up two gas heaters on the patio for us. Food was delicious. Would go back in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing waitress named Taylor. But, the service was slow, the tomahawk pork chop was totally overdone, and it is extremely noisy.

Today, we came for brunch. The crab cakes & eggs were delicious as well as the lobster, spinach dip. Our waiter was very attentive and we were able to take our time and enjoy our meal. This was our fourth time at this location, and still 100% satisfaction.
