                  We enjoyed our meal of filet. Our dining partners, however, were unhappy with the way their salmon was cooked and expressed that to our waiter. He quickly informed the manager, who came over to understand the concern. He listened, agreed with their issue, and said he would "take care of it." He comped their meal on a busy New Year's Eve to make it right! I continue to be very impressed with the food, value, and, now customer service of this company. Bravo Firebirds! You have earned my loyalty and respect!

                  Excellent service and excellent food! We went to Firebirds for our annual New Year’s Eve dinner. Server was very attentive and the food was delicious as always!

                  My wife ordered a fillet medium rare, and it came to us medium. We talked to the server and the manager came, and they fix the problem almost immediately without any issues we felt the responsiveness was excellent.

                  We had a great experience. We were taken care of promptly and in a friendly manner. The food was prepared just the way we ordered it. We enjoyed our dinner.

                  Great choice to visit Firebirds for my hubby’s birthday! Delicious Durango burger and BLT salad finished by a Lemon blueberry cake that was so good! Lovely Chardonnay as well.

                  I took my friend here for her birthday as she wanted to try the restaurant again after a long time. Our server was very attentive; staff kept our water and iced tea glasses filled without being asked. We were disappointed with the food. I ordered salmon benedict with scrambled eggs (vs poached), It was brought out with poached and sent back. It would have been nice if they had remade the entire dish vs trading out the eggs, because by the time it was returned, the rest of the benedict was cold, the english muffin was soggy and it doesn't seem they retopped it with the lobster sauce after removing the eggs. My friend had the honey garlic chicken which was was 2 pieces of very thin chicken breast that had been grilled and brushed afterward with a very thin sauce, so not a lot of flavor or interest. It seems there were issues with the meals for the table behind us as well as the table next to them. The restaurant was not busy; had plenty of staff standing around for bussing, etc. Don't know where the source of the problems were, but a bit frustrating for everyone.

                  We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and we both ordered the surf and turf medium rare. My steak looked good but my wife’s steak looked really low quality, Then we cut into are steaks and they were both raw. Sent them back and the brought us two more raw steaks 15mins later my wife was being nice and didn’t want to send it back again but did not touch it. My food was already getting cold waiting for my steak that when I sent my steak back the second time I realized that it would be better off just to have server remove steak from my order. I expected a way better experience. The manager only removed price of steak that I had removed from my order no other compensation for our ruined entree’s. Honestly it was a waste of what was supposed to be a special night. And I most likely will not be bringing anymore loved ones here.

                  We had a Christmas Eve afternoon dinner for 7 people. The place was packed but the service was excellent and so was the food. I got the Filet and Lobster and it was very good and cooked perfectly. We will come back again next year.
