    Firebirds is one of my favorite restaurants. One of the big draws for me is the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls. We were disappointed that they were out of those last evening when we were there. Our server did bring out an additional appetizer at no charge to myself when she learned my disappointment. It was a great effort on her part and I truly appreciate it, but it just wasn’t the same. The Philly cheesesteak eggrolls are one of the things that sets Firebirds apart from most restaurants in its category. I know a lot of people came in and I know things happen so I definitely don’t blame my server and it’s not her job to have enough product anyway. I was also disappointed that a manager did not visit the table to ask how things were since they were out of a few different items.I had the ribs and I did not get moist towelette or warm towels. That’s not the usual service I receive when I come there.

    I ordered the surf & turf and ordered my steak medium and instead I received a well done NY strip. It’s the first time I’ve had a steak from the restaurant that wasn’t grilled to my liking. Otherwise, we absolutely love this restaurant, and my meal was even comped. The drinks were amazing and dessert even better. Our server wasn’t the most talkative but yet friendly. It was Friday so I understood they were very busy. Furthermore, we anticipate eating there again as we become regulars to the restaurant.

    Both food and service were outstanding tonight and we even got a little dessert for my mom’s birthday. Thanks to our server for going above and beyond!

    We were on a time schedule and thought ordering a couple of hamburgers would be an easy and quick order to fill. Unfortunately we did not get our hamburgers over 30 minutes after we ordered. Our server told us the kitchen was very busy, but you would think on a Friday night the kitchen would be prepared to handle a lot of orders.

    The food was really good. The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. The drinks were not good. Whoever was at the bar definitely needed more training. I ordered an old fashion and a margarita both were not good.

    We had a great experience celebrating our anniversary at Firebirds. The food was delicious, the filet perfectly cooked and our server was very attentive and helpful. The anniversary card that was signed by the staff along with a crème brûlée cheesecake was a sweet and thoughtful touch. We will definitely go back
