   Great service and great food. We had reservations for 6:30 pm and got there about 10 minutes early and they seated us within just a couple minutes. We were celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary and they brought us a free dessert which was so nice.

   Server forgot appetizer and bar drinks for a while. Restaurant was out of entree that was ordered. Felt a bit overpriced but the food was definitely great.

   The food was delicious! I had the strawberry salad with chicken and my husband had the honey garlic chicken and the Spicy Peach Margarita. All were fabulous! And the waitress was great! Love Firebirds!

   Our salmon salads and Always In Fashion cocktails were excellent. Our waitress Diane was wonderful. She was so nice, and easily adapted to the slower pace we desired for our meal.

   Great meal, surf and turf were both perfectly cooked. Even though it was a busy Friday night the server was very pleasant and did a great job. Will be back.

   I made a reservation for 8pm, and didn’t get sat at a table until 8:52pm even though we arrived at 8pm. No excuse given besides “you should expect this on a busy Saturday night”. Absolutely we shouldn’t expect this!! This was a RESERVATION, not me adding myself to a waitlist. We got a free appetizer for the almost 1 hour delay that was offered by the amazing waiter, not management. Never even seen or heard from a manager honestly. My steak was undercooked, the mashed potatoes aren’t very good, and the Mexican street corn was horrible. Definitely will not return, but I will say the waiter we had was awesome. It was super busy so it’s obviously good to somebody, maybe we just had a bad night or something.

   Would have gave it a 5 star overall but the hostess/seating folks were clueless. We had a 7:30pm reservation we booked earlier in the day. It was well after 8 before our group of 5 was seated in a small booth for 4. The hostess did not understand that reservations generally take priority over walk-ins, that’s the whole point of reservation. It was also very loud, we’ve eaten here many times before, this time was by far chaos. However, the food was outstanding and our server was beyond top notch. Her service and the food will definitely bring us back. Looks to be a good training opportunity for whoever manages the front.
