    Last night was my daughter’s birthday. I mentioned this on the comments/notes of our reservation. No one mentioned anything to us or her about her day. We were expecting at least a happy birthday from the waiter -an older man- which he was the worst of the night. Emotionless and brusque. Always rushing and rolling his eyes at times. The food on the other hand was exceptional. We order the lobster queso, chicken pasta and salmon with vegetables. Everything was delicious. I wish the service could match their food.

    Firebirds food is typically pretty good, but the service was lacking. We asked for lemon slices for our water three times and never received it. No napkins under our drinks (Double Black Diamonds X 2) and never offered the small loaf of warm bread.

    Made reservations for Christmas Eve. Was hoping for a festive atmosphere for the holidays. Loud pop/rock was playing overhead. Honestly- I’ve never noticed the music to be that loud there. I made a statement to the waitress that I was surprised they weren’t playing Holiday music. She stated they don’t celebrate Christmas because not everyone does. I just said ok. I would say over 90% of the customers there were celebrating with all the red and holiday outfits. We will be back- it is one of our favorite restaurants. We just will not choose to celebrate the holidays there anymore.

    16 oz Ribeye was cooked perfectly, and the mixed vegetables were very good. Tammy was a great waitress!
