    Had reservations at 7 was seated until 7:20. Host was not very attentive they left host stand multiple times with crowd front of house terribly unorganized. Waitress was pleasant and tried to correct our order sent back twice still didn’t eat. Manager very apologetic and asked if she could have kitchen remake meal they are the reason we will return. A lot of competition out there for such poor customer service upfront.

    I made a reservation for our family tonight to celebrate me and my sons birthdays. We were seated right away but we sat there for over 15 minutes and were never greeted or even acknowledged by anyone. We decided to leave and dine at a nearby restaurant instead. I do not expect to return again. Quite disappointing.

    The first waiter was terrible. Didn’t even have a wine bottle opener. Very inattentive. Couldn’t seem to understand us. We had to call a manager. She was amazing. Switched our server and came back numerous times to make sure all was ok. So what started as a disaster ended up fantastic. Very impressive customer service. Food was great along with ambiance.

    Waiter was excellent, attentive and helpful. Flounder sandwich and tortilla soup was an excellent combination and delicious.

    It was alright. My shrimp in my shrimp and strawberry salad was very over cooked. I ended up picking them out and just eating everything else. My partner had the smokehouse chicken sandwich, which he said was just OK. Bun needs to be toasted, the chicken wasn’t cold but it wasn’t warm either. Bacon on sandwich was very floppy and not crisp.
