We made a reservation and we were not seated until 30 minutes after our time. We also saw an employee seat a couple ahead of us because he knew them despite being told we were next and despite the fact that they came in well after us. Hostess did not provide us silverware or napkins. Food was good but pricey. Overall fair experience.

We’ve been to this Firebirds a couple of times. I’m not sure what I was thinking by going on a Saturday night but it was my mom’s birthday. We had a reservation for 6:30 and got there early - our mistake. We were not seated until closer to 6:45. I attribute that to it being a Saturday night but we had to keep going up to the hostess to remind them we were still waiting. Service was great but the food was ok - we got salads, a burger and the steak. I felt it was a little overpriced. Restaurant is hopping and VERY noisy. This will probably be the last weekend I visit this restaurant - hopefully it’s less noisy during the week.

My husband and I ordered the ahi tuna as our appetizer, we both ordered the grilled ribeye (1 Cajun w/tater tots and 1 with the garlic thyme butter w/ancient grains). Unfortunately, as I ate the ancient grains it had a spoiled sour taste. I asked my husband to taste it, he smelled it and agreed that it was spoiled. It was awful. Our server immediately offered to replace it with another side of my choice. I chose the steamed broccoli. Our server was friendly and attentive. However, I wonder if restaurants have a customer service policy when a customer is served spoiled food and it ruins the customer experience.

This was a work team dinner of 13 . We enjoyed the food and our waiters did a phenomenal job!

The resturant was nice, and the service was good. The food definitely need some work. I went to the restaurant with 3 other people. I ordered the Salmon Lobster Fondue - it was absolutely awful. Broccoli was OK. I ordered the parmesan mashed potatoes- awful i sent them back, and got just a regular baked potato instead. Baked pototo was fine. Person 2 ordered the Tomahawk pork Chop with broccoli The Tomahawk Pork Chop - It was not good at all; it was tough and unseasoned. Broccoli was fine. Person 3 had Chilean sea bass with shrimp and Broccoli. The sea bass was not cooked well and it was not fresh it had a very fishy taste and the broccoli was OK. Person 4 had the ribs, augrattin pototoes and street corn. The ribs were excellent delicious, the pototoes were not good and the street corn was good. The table got chicken wings as an appetizer, and the chicken wings were delicious. The food needs some work!

The food was great - as always. However the service was just okay. The place was very busy. Four of us ordered drinks, but it took a while to get them. Our appetizer arrived, but we hadn’t received our drinks yet. Two of us finished our waters and no one was refilling them. Our salads came. Still no drinks. Finally our drinks came out just before our entrees. I know it was busy, but it wasn’t crazy busy. The server wasn’t very friendly or apologetic either. By the time the drinks came I didn’t even want mine. Had the drinks come on time, we may have finished them and ordered wine for dinner. Disappointing.

Food was what one should expect from a quality steak house. Service is where I feel like the difference shows….and….Macie was the absolute BEST!!! There but not there….I don’t know if that makes sense. She helped to improve our dining experience and we genuinely appreciated it. Highly recommend Firebird’s AND Ms Macie!
