Our waiter Jason, was awesome!! Food was so good. We had a early dinner so the restaurant wasn’t to crowded but we had no complaints. YUM!

We had a reservation for 815 and got in a little early and sat at the bar ordered an appetizer thinking we would have a while, but they took us pretty quick as soon as our appetizer and drink got there. There are not too many tables, and the bar is not too big. There are some high tops next to the bar that they tried to see us at first, but we asked to be in the dining area. We were seated at a floor top in the middle of the room. Overall, it was very noisy, lots of families and children. I was surprised, considering it was 8:00 PM. The service was good, no waiting. The food was very tasty. I had the small fillet with blue cheese and my husband had the prime rib! I usually have things cooked medium rare, but she suggested to do medium, and it was perfect. The prime rib was big enough to bring half home. Definitely make a reservation.

It was okay. Food was good, not spectacular. Service was excellent, Decor was okay but was quite noisy . Not for the hearing impaired. Price point was descent for Dinner. I would go back for Lunch.

Welcomed at the door by a greeter, who also wished us a good night when we left. Nice touch. Soup came before beers. Entrees came before we finished the soup & really no place for them at the table. Asked that the bring it later & slow down the dinner. Prime rib was perfectly done but was not the most flavored that I ever had. Baked potato came loaded, not as I requested. Noise level was loud. Lots of staff, perhaps too many. I actually felt I was at a slightly upscale Outback, although way bigger portions for more money. I will return & try their burger, but no rush. Hopefully the opening kinks will be worked out.

Firebirds was nicely appointed. All staff were very nice and accommodating. I especially would like to thank the manager and hostesses for accommodating us after we accidentally cancelled our reservation. They were very easy to work with and got us in. Food was GREAT. We ordered filet, Nashville Chicken Sandwich, Durango Burger, another burger and the Cheesesteak egg rolls, were excellent. We also ordered the Crème Brûlée cheesecake which was excellent. Thank you Firebirds for making our experience great. Looking forward to coming back !!

Overall was not that impressed. We did enjoy our appetizers and drinks and our server was nice. Slow on drink orders from the bar. Caesar salad overdressed. Entrees all disappointing. We were told meat would be true to temp but steak was overdone and burgers inconsistent. One true medium the other medium well even though ordered medium. Menu Swiss steak fries but these were definitely not what I have ever thought of as a steak fry. And everything overly salty. Not worth the price

The salmon was almost raw at first but the staff was quick to bring it back to the kitchen. It came out delicious the second time. Servers were very pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant was very noisy. It had the ambience of a loud sports bar.

It was far too noisy and when I complained, I was told they have no control over the noise level with loud obnoxious music playing. We all ordered steaks. They were seasoned with way too much salt. One was ordered at medium and came out quite rare. Another was ordered at medium well and came out Totally overdone. Service was fine and the manager was apologetic about the one steak but we will not be going out back.

Truly enjoyed our first visit to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill! Food was amazing and service was exceptional! Table side martinis was a special touch! Perfect start to our night, then headed across the street to the Holiday Light show at Shady Brook Farm!
