                                                                                                              That was the best overall dining experience we’ve had in a long time. Everything was perfect from the cocktails to the variety of small plates and the service was spectacular. Our server Dan was off the charts attentive and personable. It was our first trip, but certainly won’t be our last.

                                                                                                              I really enjoyed the happy hour at Fireproof. Everything we ordered was good. The calamari was perfectly crispy and not chewy at all. The bang bang shrimp was really good as was the Wagyu sliders and crispy potatoes. I thought everything was a good value too for happy hour. Overall a great experience.

                                                                                                              We had a great birthday dinner at Fireproof with our college student and his friends. They enjoyed sharing a wide variety of tapas dishes then selecting an entree. Everyone was impressed with the variety of options and those of us in the group with food sensitivities greatly appreciated the waitresses/waters having allergen notices on their pad when placing orders (identifying if the item had any of the most common allergens in them) in addition to gluten free options being labeled on the menu. Good drinks, great food, classy, modern, spacious and clean with plenty of friendly staff. Everyone enjoyed it and plans to come back.

                                                                                                              The food was awesome and the service provided by our waiter, Cecilia, was top notch! She recommended the wagyu empanadas and spinach artichoke ravioli and they were both so good! Would definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!
