Wow! I do not think I will be eating sushi anywhere else! This was so amazingly fresh, literally ALL of the fish melts like butter. The freshest of fresh! We started with the garlic edamame and Tuna Tostada, which was amazing. The garlic edamame sauce wash perfect. Then we ordered 4 rolls. I really loved the flavor of the Padre Roll, all protein, tons of fish....no skimping here. We also had the Del Mar, Yellowtail mania and King Salmon. All explosions of flavors. Was this way too much food for us and our daughter, yes....but we didn't care we wanted to try them all for our first time. We also found it cute that there was a heart post-it note on our table that said "Hi Jamie" when we got there. There was also a man singing some old school songs which was enjoyable! Go!

Beautiful new place. Just make sure you dress warm because even inside the doors are left open and people in my party were very cold and they were wearing thick jackets. Otherwise the menu is very extensive and the food quality was very good.

Late lunch/early dinner. Started w cucumber/seaweed salad which was very fresh. Then enjoyed various nigiri along with a couple special rolls. Love the service team and fish quality/presentation. Can’t wait to return.

Make a reservation. You’ll love it! From the service to the food and ambience, all is lovely! Fish is fresh and offerings are aplenty. We’ve been trying different menu items each visit and have not been disappointed yet!

The kitchen was experiencing some delays but the staff was incredible and compensated us. The sushi was great and the location was beautiful! Shout out to the staff - they made it a great night!

Fish Boon is very unique and really well done. You know your in for something good when your informed about the menu and there approach to dining when you first sit down. The surf and turf roll is amazing, best selection of Saki I have seen and really great service. This will be a regular destination of ours for sure.

I was really impressed, especially with the customer service. It’s not their fault that it started to rain before our reservation, but they made every effort to get us seated inside. I know this took some finagling, but they were very professional throughout the experience. Food was amazing, environment was clean, and I will definitely be back. This is my second time since they opened only a couple months ago and we plan to make it a regular visit. thanks so much for a great experience!

Our new favorite restaurant. We have been 10 times since it opened. Everything is perfect, best, friendliest staff and great eats. Love the Asahi on tap, it is authentic and super fresh.

We were so excited to see this new restaurant opening in our neighborhood and have been there 3 times already! We love it and is now our "go to" sushi place to bring friends or just go ourselves! Everything is delicious! You won't be disappointed!!
