Our third time dining there and the food is consistently fresh and creative .The service is also top notch. They are attentive and knowledgeable. Edward (owner?) is so kind and welcoming. It is a fabulous addition to Bressi Ranch.

We love this place! The sushi here is absolutely phenomenal! Every piece was fresh, beautifully crafted, and bursting with flavor. WE FOUND IT!! The best sushi in San Diego is in this tiny strip mall in Carlsbad!!! The rolls are huge and extremely creative. The fish is so fresh. And the flavors are amazing. Get this. You will not have to dip these s rolls in your soy n wasabi mix!!! They r extremely flavorful on their own.

Loved the music! John Katchur is an amazing guitarist and songwriter. The service was ok... multiple people were attending to our table, with suddenly someone new and no consistency, and yet long gaps when no one showed up... There was only one option for hot sake and it wasn't very good. Miso soup was very mediocre but Sushi was delicious.
