Established in 1999 and proudly celebrating twenty years in Borough Market this year, fish! was the first restaurant of its kind in London. Our concept is simple – providing our customers with the best quality fish, cooked in front of you, in simple and classic ways. Since 1999 our focus has never changed, quality and responsible sourcing is still our main concern…we just look a bit more fancy now!
Our central location in Borough Market means that London’s best produce is right on our doorstep. We are proud to say that we source most of our produce from Borough Market itself, and our fish is delivered daily from our very own fishmonger, Jarvis, which is renowned for its extensive range of the freshest fish and seafood. We're also winners at the National Fish & Chip awards too!

I haven’t been to FISH for years. It used to be my favourite restaurant back in the early 2000s when I moved to London. It was every bit as good today and I definitely won’t leave it as long again!! Wonderful service who helped our Spanish guests with menu translations. Delicious food and great menu, as always- delicious!!!

Excellent food and location. Trendy feel. Became really noisy when it was full and warm as under the glass roof. Quite pricey though.

Tried for dinner as a family. As a non-fish eater I was thrilled that they had some non-fish options. Chicken was delicious, as was bruschetta and all the vegetarian sides (especially mashed potatoes). Drinks were amazing too. In the words of our Milos loving 6 year old, “It was the best fish ever! I want to come back everyday we’re in London. It’s wayyyyyy better than Milos.” Tony, our waiter was superb.
