Established in 1999 and proudly celebrating twenty years in Borough Market this year, fish! was the first restaurant of its kind in London. Our concept is simple – providing our customers with the best quality fish, cooked in front of you, in simple and classic ways. Since 1999 our focus has never changed, quality and responsible sourcing is still our main concern…we just look a bit more fancy now!
Our central location in Borough Market means that London’s best produce is right on our doorstep. We are proud to say that we source most of our produce from Borough Market itself, and our fish is delivered daily from our very own fishmonger, Jarvis, which is renowned for its extensive range of the freshest fish and seafood. We're also winners at the National Fish & Chip awards too!

As ever, first class service and food. We have visited Fish many times before and the experience has always been a great pleasure. Highly recommended.

Good quality food as always, and that famous fish soup. But service was a bit sleepy and atmosphere strangely subdued for a Saturday evening

Fish! London Bridge had been recommended by 2 persons who enjoy dining on a weekday lunch and another large part booking. Appealing Menu. Fish! Quality was great. Everything else the is 👎 due to the revived heated cooked chips & the buff my plate option new potatoes arrived cold. Sauces were too small to support the size of the protein. The service was genuine, friendly warm happy to be here service… not easy a come across nowadays, this made the experience welcoming and charmed by the service. Therefore was happy to tip on the side. Busy Friday, bartender was battling through tickets, therefore drinks came out, let’s order 2 per person slow. Heavy cold breeze, was annoying, suppose that couldn’t be helped. I’ll return again during the day for lunch, as I feel it’s worth another try.
