Cutting-edge sushi and fresh oysters round out the menu at this “local favorite” restaurant. FishBones’ gourmet cuisine is prepared on a custom-built pit over a Florida citrus and oak wood burning fire at 1200º searing in the fabulous flavors.     Daniel our server not only provided good service but had a great personality. His knowledge of the wines was good and we tasted a sample of a couple before choosing. Food was good. The shareable sides were big we ordered two but could have done with one for the 4 of us. We will be back

    Food was excellent as always. You can count on great tasting food everytime. Our server Alexys was very bubbly, friendly and attentive. When they found out we were celebrating a birthday, they brought out a complimentary appetizer.

    First class service, impeccable food. Steaks were great, perfectly cooked. Seafood was fresh and prepared perfectly.

    Fishbones always delivers on every level when we visit. Admittedly, it is more of a special occasion restaurant for us, so we go only a few times a year but the food is always marvelously prepared, the service impeccable - a great experience all the way around. I am always impressed the managers stop by to check on your dinner. There is a sense of family with the staff that we appreciate and our server Tommy - well, ask for him by name. He is knowledgable of the menu and wine list with great recommendations and a delight. The lobster special and the new grouper and scampi entrees were home runs. We look forward to returning again.

    Absolutely fantastic dining experience from the time I am greeted at the door to the time I leave. The food is of the highest quality, the service impeccable and the atmosphere is rich, yet inviting and comfortable. I consider FishBones to be a treat and I always look forward to my next visit. Management visits your table at some point to ensure you are having a fantastic experience and everything meets or exceeds your standards. The prices would be considered on the higher end of the scale, however consider what you are getting at that price point— some of the freshest and highest quality food available, a dining experience that is memorable and soothing to the soul and stellar service that is second to none. They do have a dress code, but it’s pretty common sense for a restaurant of this caliber— no flip flops, cut-off t-shirts, you get the idea. They also have a very eclectic selection of wines and a very nice selections of cigars to enjoy in the outside smoking area if that’s your thing.

    While many apologies were made, two steaks were mixed up and so no one got what they ordered. For the price, it should be error free.
