SNOOT-TO-TAIL TUNA We will select a fresh, premium tuna from Tokyo’s extraordinary Tsukiji fish auction early on the morning of January 26. These tunas are massive, weighing an impressive 300-500 pounds of fresh, delectable goodness. Joining us from Gothenburg, Sweden, is the renowned Chef Måns Backlund, who will collaborate with us to craft an unforgettable tuna dinner. This one-of-a-kind gourmet event will take place at FISK Restaurant on January 28 and 29, seatings at 5pm & 8pm.

Guests have a 15 minute grace period for arrival; however, the two-hour seating begins at the scheduled reservation time, regardless of late arrival.

Restaurant took the booking and deposit per person per policy but did not offer any service and restaurant was closed. Not even informed us and left us with sour Taste after driving so far. deposit refunded after call back.

This was our second visit to Fisk, we tried different food on the menu and was not disappointed. Everything was fabulous and the soup!!!! Wow. Can’t wait to go back.

Please know, this was bar seating only. The food was insanely slow, and honestly only ok. The staff was lovely.

Delicious food, great ambience. Fish soup amazing, loved the snapper. Fantastic food. Chef came out to help staff, respectful to them. Spoke to diners, great guy. We will be back.

Our first time at Fisk….. Chef Ebbe has created a Beautiful Bistro, friendly & helpful staff, exceptionally clean, great value for money. I ordered the fish pie croquettes and the curry cod, the food was delicious. A young lady called Ocean looked after our every need, she was lovely and we simply can’t wait to go back. Thank you Ebbe, a night to remember *****

Fisk brings impressive seafood offerings to Tampa's ever expanding culinary landscape. Their signature Fisk Soup is a standout starter, delivering rich, complex flavors that set high expectations for the meal. The Red Snapper entrée lives up to these expectations, expertly prepared to preserve its delicate texture and natural taste. Every course came out in its own time, allowing us to enjoy it in all its glory. The unexpected delight for me was their innovative salmon éclair dessert, which brilliantly bridges savory and sweet. This creative touch exemplifies the kitchen's ability to surprise while maintaining quality.

Chef Ebbe does it again. Laid back, counter top eating. All the plates and silverware are in front of you at the bar. Ocean our bar tender, server and barista was fun. The menu is seafood forward, but also includes chicken, steak and pork. The food was amazing. The salmon eclair kicked off the meal and was mind blowing, as was the beetroot tartare. The curried pike pearch, the schnitzel were both perfectly prepared and balanced with the accompanying vegetables. Didn’t save room for dessert, but there’s always a next time.
