   The idea of the restaurant is fun but it was dirty. Found an ant. Not surprising with all the spilled soda

   Tyler our server was great. The food, especially the pulled pork sandwich, was poor. Dry and small pieces of bone.the restaurant was not clean.

   First time visiting. I heard great things about this place and was not disappointed. Food was amazing and portions were huge. We got the pretzel sticks as an appetizer and they were bigger than my hand. I absolutely loved the root beer. Hubby had cream soda and our son had a milkshake. Both enjoyed their beverages. Will 100% go back.

   We were having my daughter’s bachelorette day and Fitz’s is her favorite. Kayla was an amazing server and our cashier (can’t remember his name) was awesome too! Overall an absolutely wonderful experience!

   Love open table we got there at exactly noon. I had made a reservation 20 minutes before and we were seated immediately. And it was crowded. Our server, Tyler was the best very attentive very quickly came to the table because there’s been other times I’ve been there where we would rarely ever see our server. I have stomach issues and eat small portions and Fitzs has always allowed me to eat off the kids menu which I’m grateful for. My granddaughters also ate off the Kids menu. Everything was delicious and the floats are the best ever. Thank you for making this an enjoyable luncheon!!

   We had a party of 10, and ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, taco salad, kids meals, burger, patty melt, fish tacos....the critiques by each person....buffalo chicken wrap and fish tacos (those wouldn't be ordered again). Patty melt and burgers were enjoyed as were the kids meals. Taco salad was okay. We all ordered floats and one person ordered gooey butter cake. All the floats, except one and the gooey butter cake, came out at the same time. Cake came a few minutes later and the last float wasn't served until at least 10 minutes after that. The server brought a strawberry shake as a "we're sorry for the delay" of the last float, but we would have preferred having the float removed from our bill....or some type of monetary compensation instead of another ice cream drink that no one wanted. We probably won't be back.

   Travelled to St. Louis as a part of a family road trip and chose to eat as Fritz’s, as it seemed like a unique place to St. Louis. Order a chicken sandwich that was very dry, a side salad without onion or tomato that came with only lettuce, and pickle chips that weren’t crispy. Kids ate pizza and chicken tenders that were ok. The sodas got mixed reviews from them (super sugary) and the float was so massive that my daughter barely ate any of it. Maybe the size of the float could be seen as a plus, but a kids version would have been nicer for us. I could see stopping here for a float, but I wouldn’t go for the food, not would I expect much from the service, which was slow and lacked any real knowledge of the menu.
