Churrasco has three centuries of tradition in the vast plains of the southernmost region of Brazil. Gauchos would prepare a feast for their family and friends by slow roasting various cuts of meat from each of their herd over an open flame pit. They offered to each family and friend, the best of the Gaucho’s herd, where they carved the meats at each table in a show of skill and gift giving.

Located in Bakersfield’s Southwest neighborhood, Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse is a modern experience into Brazil’s traditional churrascaria, featuring the rodizio style of carved meats table side, along with our exquisite market table. This is the third restaurant to Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse, with two other locations in Roseville and Folsom California. Established in Roseville in 2014, we are proud to share with you the culture of great food and warm hospitality.

                    Amazing food. Amazing service. Amazing drinks. Did wait a little longer than our reservation time but it was expected being Valentine’s Day weekend.

                    I made a reservation two to three weeks ago for inside table. Unfortunately not satisfied because host advised us that only place is available for two people is outside. We never had this experience before in this location. Seating outside was causing food get cold we had to request 3 times so they can bring us a plates and drink. When we went inside to get a salad we did see lot of tables was having only two people? Made me wonder if I have to pay extra to get inside table? I think this location management needs to look in to this and make some adjustments so everyone can be treated same.

                    We were seated in a timely matter. Our waiter, Valentino, was amazing! Super friendly, very informative, and awesome customer service skills! Ordered the tomahawk steak and it was awesome! Will definitely be back and make sure you ask for Valentino as your waiter!

                    My reservations we made for 7:15 pm , I wasn’t seated until 735 because the attendant assumed I was still waiting for my guests. She failed to ask if we were all there, and proceeded to seat everyone else who arrived after us. I had to approach her and ask what was the problem with getting our table. She said I thought you were still waiting on people. I said No they are at the bar having a drink waiting on yall. 20 min after reservations is unacceptable.
