   Jenna and I chose Flame and Smith to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. We could not have have picked a better place to spend it. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, everything was perfect. Thank you for making the night so amazing. Can’t wait see everyone again.

   Flame & Smith is hands down our favourite resto in PEC. We are regulars. The food is exquisite and creative. The owners Sarah & Hidde are amazing. The sommelier Cam has put together an incredible wine list and is always available to help make a selection to suit your palette. A must do in PEC!

   While the food was delicious, it was a little overpriced. I had the "fish+chips" (grilled sea bass and fries). My date had the polenta. We would recommend both meals.

   The wood burning smell when getting to the door sets the pace. Food was delicious in all aspects. A great discovery in the county

   Fabulous restaurant! WHY did we wait so long to visit? We're returning for our next celebration. We reserved a table for two and, though the couple were about to leave, the table wasn't quite ready. We were invited to wait at the bar...and the thick padding on the stools was so comfortable - we decided to stay and chat with Bartender Mike.

    Came out for Countylicious menu and it was so delicious! Highly recommend and really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, always a delightful evening & dining experience.
