Went to the rooftop bar for new years for dinner. All they had was snacks. Also you can only have one drink at a time and some of the drinks we wanted they didn't have the ingredients for. Even with the really nice atmosphere it was not worth what we paid.

The John Dory was amazing. Such a wonderful view over Melbourne. Service was quite slow especially waiting for drinks.

Upon arrival, there were numerous vacant tables outside. When inquiring about the possibility of seating outdoors, we were informed that it was not available, despite the tables remaining empty when we departed. The service was notably slow, with a significant delay in receiving water at our table. Additionally, our drink orders were processed at a leisurely pace due to the limited staffing at the bar, with only one person available. Overall, we were disappointed as we were unable to take advantage of the pleasant weather on the rooftop, a feature that was highly recommended. Although there appeared to be a substantial number of front-of-house staff, their attentiveness was lacking.

Lovely presentation of the food. Service good explaining what each level of food there was. Disappointed not much in the way of savoury. Felt there was too many sweets. My preference would have been to have more savoury. There was desserts on the tower, but then a dessert trolley as well. Overall ok.

Arrived a bit early but welcomed none the less. Lovely staff and great ambience. Enclosed rooftop which was hot but made more pleasant with fans. Food really nicely presented and tasty. Cocktails very well presented and reasonable value. No rush on table.

I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and while the place was absolutely gorgeous—with a lovely atmosphere, stunning views, and great food—the service from one waitress (curly dark hair) almost ruined the experience. She was incredibly rude and showed no empathy, which was so disappointing. Thankfully, the other waitresses were friendly and provided great service, but it was hard to overlook how unpleasant she made things.

I’d love to keep Fleet a secret just so I can always have a quiet spot to watch the people on the streets below as I work my way through their menu - both food and drinks. The staff make going to Fleet an experience. It’s more than a bar and the place you go to impress someone. If you want something different and quality over quantity this is the place to go.

Whilst a great view the service was not up to scratch. There were three of us and only two sets of cutlery were provided. Wine bottles were left on the table then they walked back and just poured the glass of wine without allowing for a tasting as you are meant to. Rushed us out of the venue and it was very hectic inside. The chairs are also quite dirty in the outdoor area. For a new venue I'm surprised it's such chaos.
