   Dustin the Manager decorated our table for our anniversary dinner and Juan our waiter was excellent. And the food is always great. Enjoyed their mock cocktails.

   Celebrating 3 family birthdays. The manager was amazing. Service was amazing. Unfortunately, the food came out warm, not hot. Luke warm creamed spinach is not enjoyable at all. Again, manager resolved the issues superbly. More attention needs to be on the kitchen. When I am paying $800 for dinner, I expect perfection.

   Great food! Servers were so nice & helpful. We went for my friends birthday and our server gave us complementary drinks.

   We frequently dine at Fleming's and enjoy the atmosphere and the delicious food. This time, though, the music was too loud. It's not "all about the food" when dining and of course, people do like to talk also(!?) I kindly asked the hostess at the front to ask if just maybe they could turn it down a bit. She then asked someone (I'll assume the manager) and she pointed at me and then he shrugged. She walked past us without uttering a word. I realized they weren't going to turn it down. That's fine, it's their right to do so but it would have been nice for him to come over and explain that it's their standard volume. Also, when getting our steak, presented in front of us, the waiter then went to get us plates. The plates which are usually warmed ahead, were cold. We dug into the meat and it was lukewarm. We were a party of two and there were only two other people there at this time so the waiter shouldn't have been rushed. At best, it's a wonderful restaurant but we tend to find it inconsistent.

    What a disappointing dinner we had. We brought our top clients to what I'd hoped would be a lovely dinner. The service was not at all up to par. Bread wasn't brought out until we asked if they'd forgotten us. The wine was delivered after we'd nearly finished our salads. The Flemings salads were below average. Two of the four steaks were very disappointing. If you spend $150/person before tip I expect a bit more... Our similar dinner at Sundance a month before was much nicer and their service was impeccable.
