                                                  For the second year in a row, we go there for Thanksgiving dinner had a reservation. Don’t get sat for over an hour to have dinner get seated and they tell us they’re out of the turkey dinner. We go to this restaurant all the time, but we will never go back for a special holiday meal. They just don’t know how to take care of that many people even with the reservation. You have to wait over an hour once you get there that’s very disappointing and frustrating.

                                                  Very disappointed to have a 6:15 pm reservation & not be seated until almost 7:20. The atmosphere was chaotic & frustrating. Management should have limited reservations on a holiday or limited tables to a time limit.

                                                  We have had dinner at FLEMINGS on Thanksgiving for 3 years (it’s a tradition now) and this by far the worst experience we’ve had. Food and service were excellent as always. MAJOR complaint. We had a reservation at 6:15 and weren’t seated until about 7:30. Clearly over booked. There were MANY upset customers. That is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Nearly ruined the day for us but we met some very nice people at the bar who made the wait bearable.

                                                  Set a reservation for 6pm. Sat down to our table after 7pm. The crab cakes were cold. I got the lobster tales for $63 and they were good and tough. Service was awesome. Food was awful. $653 dinner that o could have microwaved better.

                                                  Thanksgiving dinner. Beverage soda, coffee or tea should have been included with dinner. $6 for half cup of coffee was ridiculous pricing.

                                                  It was Thanksgiving so we had a bit of a wait for our reservation. Everything was very good in spite of how busy they were. Kitchen and service staff, valet worked so hard and it showed!

                                                  As always dinner was impeccable even with serving a holiday dinner temperature of food could have been a tad warmer but overall no complaints....however they do need to treat single diners with a bit more respect and not throw us in the bar area, if I wanted to eat in front of everyone I would have sat there.

                                                  The food overall was pretty decent, the calamari could’ve had more sauce. Thé fleming potatoes seemed like it was overcooked. The person I came with ordered a medium well filet mignon steak but it came out well done, burnt and overcooked. I ordered a medium ribeye and it was pretty good. Overall the experience was pleasant nothing too excited though.

                                                  Great experience. Always a good sign when a restaurant is busy on a Tuesday evening. Delightful dinner, very upscale ambience, knowledgeable waiter who looked after us well. Highly recommended.
