Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Flint Creek's menu is an ever rotating selection of modern American cuisine. The items on it frequently change based on the seasonality of the ingredients, ensuring new items are introduced as others leave. Favorites on the menu include Fennel Braised Wild Boar Shoulder, Durham Ranch Bison Hangar Steak, and the Oven Roasted Duck Confit.

    Terrible experience. I was there celebrating my son’s birthday with my family. Service was horrendous. The food is decent, but highly overpriced. There are better dining options in Seattle. I’m disappointed, because I love their parent restaurant Rock Creek.

    The music did not match the vibe of the restaurant. Playing Snoop Dog and disco didn’t match the patrons. The food was ok, a lot of flavors that didn’t always hit when put together. No post dinner espresso on the menu for being a higher end steak establishment.

    Our server was amazing! The pacing was perfect and she was very attentive. Food and cocktails were similarly wonderful. Great place for a celebration!

    Everything was absolutely great! Only thing that was a negative, one of our guests ordered a "Pendelton Rye" and she said it tasted off and not like usual. She didn't say anything to the server, other than it came out neat instead of on the rocks as ordered. I saw the bill today, the day after and she was charged for a Pendelton 20 yr which isnt a rye and is quite a premium order ($30) that she didn't make. It's a small error, otherwise everything else was great!! We will be back :)

    Really enjoyed my trip. The service was excellent and taste of the food was wonderful. (I had the venison)
