The evening begins with a cocktail reception at 6:15 PM, where you’ll enjoy expertly crafted drinks and an enticing preview of the evening ahead. At 7:00 PM, the grand asado dinner will commence, showcasing a selection of expertly grilled meats and vibrant accompaniments, all infused with the essence of Argentina’s barbecue traditions. Indulge in a feast by the ocean, surrounded by the elegant ambiance of Florie’s, as the rhythm of the grill and the ocean breeze set the stage for a truly exceptional dining experience. The cost of $165 per person includes beverages (tax and gratuity are not included). Cancellation Policy Cabana Dinner reservations must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. In the event you need to cancel, we ask for at least 24-hour notice prior to the date of dinner. If notice is less than 24 hours, 100% of the price per person price will be charged to your credit card. Please note that if weather conditions are not conducive to the Cabana Dining experience, Florie's Terrace may be offered as an alternative or guests may change their reservation date without penalty.
