Flowers Saratoga is a reflection of a lifetime of traveling around the world and blending those experiences into a shareable & lively format. Both owners were raised from the Italian & Greek Cultures, where fresh ingredients & hospitality were the pillars of their daily lives. These memories & experiences are what we are pleased to share with you.

A minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required or a charge of $30 will apply.

When booking reservations, please include children & infants in the party size.

We allow a 15 min grace period, from your reservation time, for your party to be complete.

We have set forth dining times allotted for each party; they are as follows:
- For parties of 2 we have reserved 1 hour and 45 minutes.
- For parties of 4 we have reserved 2 hours and 15 minutes .
- For parties of 5-6 we have reserved 3 hours.

My wife and I celebrated our 28th anniversary at Flowers in Saratoga, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The Beet Garden salad was a standout—fresh, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. We also enjoyed the Truffle Parmesan fries and Roasted Cauliflower, both cooked to perfection, and the Misoyaki Cod was simply divine, with its melt-in-your-mouth texture and exquisite seasoning. The Bottle Service cocktail was excellent—expertly crafted and perfectly balanced. We were also impressed that the pricing for wine bottles has no markup, making it an incredible value for such a high-quality dining experience. Timmy provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make our evening special. He surprised us with a delightful dessert to mark our anniversary, which added such a thoughtful and personal touch to our celebration. Every dish, drink, and detail exceeded our expectations. We’ll absolutely be back for another unforgettable meal!

Alex was a fantastic server! He was very attentive and delightful. Food tasted great, the presentation and ambiance was wonderful. Definitely worth it for a special occasion. Will be back!

Quite noisy due to multiple large parties. An effort was made to be creative with the food, however was mediocre in flavor. Cocktails are fabulous and creative. Not interested in returning, except for the cocktails.

We celebrated a birthday there as a group and it was a fantastic experience. Great service, delicious food, beautiful presentation, innovative menu and cuisine. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing time celebrating my friend’s birthday here! The food and cocktails were absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the incredible service. Timmy was so kind, attentive, and helpful—he made the brunch extra special. Highly recommend this place for any celebration!

We so enjoyed Flower’s. We especially like the wonderful service, supportive wait staff and delicious food. Our choices of appetizers were delectable! We like the Burrata, and the shrimp. The black cod was beyond fabulous. When we asked for substitutions, the staff was most agreeable! I tend to enjoy vegetables the most so that was my choice on my plate with the buttery cod. That said the truffle fries were phenomenal as they always are. It’s fun and festive!
