The service was awesome. The food was excellent too. The filet minion was exquisite and the picaña. My wife never had the picaña before and she loved it. Everything was so good.

Awesome service! Plenty of meat for sure! Very very friendly staff!! Appreciated when the staff explained items to my parents in Spanish! Muy bien!

My fiancé and I went to Fogo de Chão for Valentine’s Day dinner, and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. We had a reservation, but we were seated all the way in the back with every other guest of color—super disappointing to see. On top of that, the service was awful. In two hours, only two meats were brought to our table, while other tables were getting way more variety. We also only got one drink the entire night. It felt like we were being completely ignored. To make matters worse, a glass fell, shattered, and hit my fiancé, and management did absolutely nothing about it. No apology, no concern—just acted like it didn’t happen. Do not waste your money here. We won’t be back.

Went here for Valentine’s Day with my now fiancée. He proposed to me. He asked the server to bring dessert and they wrote “Will you marry me” on the plate. Service was phenomenal. Our server Maria was amazing, so nice, pleasant, welcoming and knew about the dishes and wine options. Her attention to detail deserves for her to be recognized as a valuable member of this restaurant.

I recently dined at Fogo de Chao, and I have to say, my experience was far from what I expected. The service was definitely subpar, which was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed indifferent and rushed, making us feel more like an inconvenience than valued guests. A little kindness goes a long way in the hospitality industry, and sadly, it was sorely lacking here. We were met with curt responses and a general lack of warmth, which put a damper on our evening. As for the menu, I was hoping for a more diverse selection of meats. What was offered felt limited and uninspired. Given the restaurant's reputation, I expected much better options. It’s frustrating to go to a place that prides itself on its culinary offerings only to be met with a disappointing selection. Overall, my experience at Fogo de Chao was not what I had hoped for. I left feeling let down and unlikely to return. A little effort in both service and menu variety could make a world of difference!

Service started out good but then, my waitress never came back, we ordered a lemon drop but received lemonade, asked for lamb chops but didn’t get it til we were about to go and that’s when other types of meat came out. The meal was always expensive and then not to get what you asked for until later. Could have been a better experience plus some of food was cold and the air condition was blasting Anna

Overall experience was great. The servers took a while to bring us our beverages, that might be the only stain to the visit. For the rest, we can tell we will return.
