Choudhry (shawn?) & Portia (unsure if truly her name, she stopped by once and closed us out despite Shawn/Choudhry being in the section on his phone) were inattentive at best. We were there for nearly two hours and were addressed no more than 4 times. Each of those times were when we had been looking around for over 10 minutes for a server due to the need for refills on drinks/apps. Manager came by but didnt ask how we were just said "oh let me refill your coke" only to take my glass and never return to our table (despite looking in our direction and making eye contact multiple times). We understand this is Christmas but we've come to Fogo for every major event (christmas, anniversary, birthdays) for nearly a decade now and after this experience, will not be returning to the brand.

We had an enjoyable meal Christmas evening! The restaurant was busy but staffed appropriately. The salad bar is amazing! The grilled meats are exceptional. The cheesecake was enormous; 3 of us shared a slice. We were all stuffed after the meal. Complimentary valet and free parking!

Overly crowded, however it was Christmas Day. Waitress was unknowledgeable (was unable to list the type of meats offered). Salad bar was depleted in many of the offerings. Quality overall was lacking, as some cuts were not edible. We felt unsettled and rushed the entire evening. Just not a good overall experience. We all hoped for more.

I’ve been to Fogo for holidays multiple times, but this is the last time. The food was overcooked and under seasoned. Medium rare was too chewy and not the quality I remember. They forgot to give us thongs for the meat and even the gaucho’s complained about it. You could tell the bartender was overworked as the drinks went from good to awful. What use to be an amazing restaurant and experience has been ruined due to greed from management.

Very underwhelming experience. I took my niece and son for Christmas dinner and the servers approached immediately. We had the full experience. The salad bar was amazing however the meat selections were basically well and well. I typically order medium rare which none of the selections came to the table this was. It was also hard to get the server when needed so I often had to grab a hostess while trying to seat a table. I will say the cocktails were amazing as well but my overall desire were the meat selections which made the experience lackluster.

The restaurant was busy, understandably. Thos isn’t the first time we’ve visited on Christmas Day but the service this year was terrible. When we sat down we waited about 10 minutes jest to get water and then were given a bottle of room temperature sparkling water with no glasses. We finally got glasses but then we waited another 10 minutes to get the first round of meat. It just went downhill after that. It took more than 30 minutes to get our check and I finally had to ask a manager. Not a great experience.

Definitely a different experience on a holiday. Service was still good. Meat selection coming by wasn’t a good variety as normal. Had to ask for cuts that I like. Don’t eat pork and that’s what they were bringing the most

It was a great Holiday dinner. Our server acted like he had never heard of a margarita?? He said that nobody had ever ordered one of those before? I was confused. Other than that, food was great and as expected.
