A disappointing experience at the Fogo de Chão restaurant in the Irvine Spectrum,: The restaurant seemed overwhelmed by the volume of customers, and this affected the overall experience. Service "practically non-existent," staff likely did not attend to diners promptly or effectively. The food did not meet expectations. Specifically, the meat, which is central to the Fogo de Chão experience, was delivered infrequently. In addition, the salad buffet was described as "disgusting," poorly prepared or unappetizing. Requested the bill multiple times before it was made available. This experience will likely be their "first and last time" at this location, i strong dissatisfaction. Restaurant should not have taken so many reservations if it was unable to handle the demand.

I'm brazilian, and this is not an authentic Brazilian churrascaria. The food is terrible, meat is dry and not a lot of options.The service was painfully slow. We had a reservation for 7:45 and they called us 45 minutes later. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, which only added to the frustration. I'm not coming back.

We had a reservation at 6:30pm and were not seated until 8pm. We asked multiple times and they said “10 minutes” and then “a glitch in the system, we thought you were already seated”.

I hadn’t dined at fogo de Chão in about a year but as usually the ambience and quality of food and the level of service was outstanding

My husband and I had the best time dining at the Irvine Fogo de Chao last night! We both walked away so full, satisfied, and touched. The servers went the extra mile to make sure I had well-done meat choices since I am pregnant. Multiple staff members checked in on us and made us feel seen. We had two touching conversations with a server and our server, Mikey. It was the best night!

The over all experience wasn’t bad. I was disappointed in the selection of meats. We had the same 4 meats come to our table at least 4 times. There meats on the menu that we never saw. For as much as it cost, you want to get the full experience.

First, we had a reservation here for our anniversary but the wait line was still 15-30 mins. We were seated after that and was approached by a waitress, explained to us the experience and took our order. After saying “no worries i got you” she never went back again. We had to call another waitress to ask for water because we were eating so much meat it only make sense that water should be there first. Salad bar was decent. Food was superb. Meat was off the grill and still smoking when served. There was just a lot of people, so when you are in a date, i don't think this is the place for you. The price for the experience? For $71 dollars a head, for me was overpriced. There are other restaurant with more choices of meat, quieter, more decent salad bar, and faster service.

The service was so bad today. Never saw our server. Ordered wine that never showed up. No water service. Dirty plates stacked up on our table. Had to ask someone else for our check.
