Our original waiter took our order, but we had to ask a different server to get our order / drinks. Took over 50 minutes to get what we ordered. Thankfully the “replacement” waiter was on top of everything and took care of everything quickly when we brought it to his attention.

I think they just had a rough night and is not the norm. We were passed up by most of the meats unless we flagged them down and no one brought us any sides. The service was slow, which is fine, as they were really busy but we paid $600 and had a pretty lousy experience.

It was my daughter graduation lunch and when we arrived and have been seated no waiter stop by our table to take our order. We decided to help ourselves with open salad bar. Selection was not that great. Once we helped ourselves with salad bar waiter finally came and asked us what would we like to drink and introduce himself. When we were ready to be served with different selections of meat we had to wait quite a bit and choices were not great. Meat selection and quality was not like it was described on their website. We usually go to eat at Texas De Brazil but this time we decided to give it a try to Fogo De Chao.Texas De Brazil was way far better in food quality and service was exceptional. I am very disappointed in Fogo De Chao service and food quality,Visiting first time and my last time for sure.

We had our reservation at 5:45pm and we got our table at 7:25pm and after we got mad. Manager and host told us that they follow the way people check in regardless the time of the reservation. What a joke!!! We will never be back! Horrible experience!

Salad area was destroyed and not maintained for cleanliness and not stocked with fresh food! Meat only visited our table 4 times could not get anyone’s attention for more. The table we were seated at was right by the hostess stand and was constantly being knocked by guests being seated in the dining room. Guests waiting for tables were inches away from our table which made the experience very uncomfortable and annoying. Drinks from the bar took a very long time we were told the bar was extremely “backed up”. Service which consisted of two servers was just ok. Almost $500 for 3 adults and two children for minimal amount of meat served and food bar items inedible, waters sat empty and never refilled because we couldn’t get anyone’s attention for assistance!

We were definitely over looked by staff several times, my friend had to hold out her hand and stop people to get us more drinks. My husband I usually love this place but pretty sure no one was assigned our table, the manager came over and said he would take care of us since we first sat down for 15 min and no one payed attention to us and then we never saw him again. So service wasn’t great last night but still a great place to eat!

Waitress was great, food servers were fine but not as personable as prior visits and they did not seem to come around as often. We needed to ask for certain offerings, whereas in the past they all came out and often.
