I had my reservation scheduled on a Sat at 6:45pm. We still had to wait over half an hour. They were extremely busy so I don’t blame them. However, one of the greeters was very nice, she had a hot pink shirt on. I did not catch her name but she was kind. Once my buzzer rang, my party and I stepped over to the greeter’s desk to hand them the buzzer and to get seated. The greeter with the hot pink shirt was busy with another guest so I asked the greeter with the leopard print shirt, black blazer, and blonde hair if she could help me out with my buzzer. She completely ignored me. She seemed like she was either the manager or another greeter. If she was the manager then that was the most POOR guest service i’ve ever received from a manager. Flat out ignored me when I addressed her? That’s why i’m giving this place 1 star. If I can give 0 i would. Other than that experience. Our waitress was mid, food was great. I would want to try a different location.

It was packed for Valentine's Day and we had to wait for 30 minutes for our table even when we had a reservation... We bought a drink at the bar to not be freezing by the front door waiting for our food... Food was delicious though as always.

Cuts of meat were much better in Naperville than the one in River North, Chicago. I will be back.

Dinner was unsatisfactory. It will not enjoyable, it felt rushed. The salad bar was not fresh. The server seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing.

We had a lovely Valentine’s Day lunch! The place was busy but not frantically so. After some initial trouble getting the table setting right, the service was very smooth. This time we thought the lamb was the star, followed by the Parmesan pork. The salad bar (which we know not to overdo!) nicely diverse. We’ve learned you can’t go wrong with Fogo de Chao.
