Am petrecut o seara cu familia largita. Mancarea a fost foarte buna!!! Nu mi-a placut pentru ca era foarte aglomerat, scaunele erau aproape de cele de la masa din spatele nostru... Recomand!

Overall the experience today was not like it has been in the past. I understand that it is Thanksgiving but it seemed that the staff was not prepared for how busy it was. Drinks took over 25 minutes to come to the table. 2 of which we had to send back as they did not taste good. Opted for the experience as that is what we are familiar with. For some reason today it seemed that only 2 or 3 options of meat were being rotated New York Strip and pork sausage. It was only when we payed that more options of meat were being brought out. The meat was also taking a while to reach our table and when it did they often had one piece left. Servers were constantly dropping off mashed potatoes and bread which we didn’t want more of. Manager only came over to speak to us after we asked for new drinks. At the price point of the experience I was expecting more options. We spent close to 2 hours there and spent a majority of the time waiting for food or drinks.

Asked for a quiet area. We were seated by the server station where we were able to listen to conversations we didn’t need to hear. Our server was on her Apple watch constantly. We felt very rushed. Not all the meats came around - sausage and pork never made it to us and seconds on some items didn’t either. We enjoyed it but to be rushed and also to miss out on selections, it was not right.

The food was amazing as always but what really stood out was our server, Andrew provided such great customer service! Always checking in and with a smile! Made the whole experience wonderful!

We are frequent costumers and today for our surprise the meat service was not at its best. Yes I do recommend to go there but get your self familiar with the meat cuts and ask for your choices since often is only chicken and pork available. Once requested I had the chance to enjoy beef cuts.

Service was beyond fantastic. Love the salad bar. Made a reservation, arrived a little early and was seated a few minutes before actual reservation time.

Our actual waiter never came to the table until we order after dinner drinks to verify the cocktail. Instead, a multitude of different waitstaff had to be flagged down for any type of service (water, drinks, PLATES, the check - which we asked for 3x and no one could bring it). We should have been tipped for enduring the lack of service. Truly awful.

I pointed out that I was celebrating two birthdays and had ordered a cheesecake, with the expectation that it would include a candle, a tradition that had been observed in previous years. Regrettably, this did not occur, and the overall experience was uncharacteristically uninspiring. It's worth noting that the Downtown Location has consistently handled such situations effectively. This year's experience was a departure from the norm. Additionally, I requested a table near the restroom Im expecting, no special arrangements made.

We had a great experience. We didn’t feel rushed even though we came in about 915. We had plenty of time to eat, and enjoy.
