It was alright, good food overall, tho frustrating since we weren’t really seen by those bringing food over, had to ask a few times and once we asked the right person we had everyone stop by in like 10 minutes. But then we also felt a bit rushed to leave, too many different wait staff so no one rly knew what we were waiting on - they gave us the bill before we even got what was on the bill, and we didn’t even get another serving of fried bananas like we asked, we decided to just leave. I get they are busy, but to be having like 4 different ppl serving our table drinks and a different one clearing things off and then another different person giving us our bill just felt really disorganized.

Fogo has always been a family favorite but the team in San Antonio was truly exceptional on Christmas Day. Dozens of pros working really hard to provide a great experience and they succeeded. Thank you, FdC!

Chicken and pork with Parmesan were overcooked. Took about 20 min to get a beer, rodizio guy dropped the knife on my friends arm (fortunately she was wearing a long sleeve sweatshirt), asked for chicken wrapped in bacon for my nephew and he got it one hour later, more than 3 spades came to the table just with food for 3 or 4 (we were a table of 12). Bottom-line, not what you would expect from a Fogo Do Chao. Gave feedback to the manager and she was receptive and friendly, gave us a discount for the inconvenience, but that doesn’t fix the experience.

Overall food was okay, price is what you expect so decent but the service was not great at all. Never once did the serve come ask how were we or if we needed anything. I ordered a tea and was never given the tea yet was surprised when I requested the tea to be removed from the ticket. I was celebrating a graduation and wanted to order a cake but never had the chance to. But overall meat was good.

Excelente comida, muy buen servicio. Te preguntan que cortes quisieran que te llevaran frecuentemente, los complementos te los sirven constantemente, todos los meseros están pendientes de tu mesa 10/10
