We just had our Christmas Eve dinner for a 7pm reservation. We got there on time snd there was a long line! When we checked in the girl at the front said she marked us arrived but didn’t know how long of a wait it was going to be!!! What is the point of having a reservation when you will not be seated at your reserved time!! We got seated at 740! PLEASE CLOSE THE RESERVATION SLOT IF THERE ARE NO MORE SEATS!!! We could have gone to a different restaurant!! You’re not the one open on Christmas Eve! So disappointed!!!!

Always have a great experience at Fogo's. The best place for picanha for sure. Really thankful to our server Kian for always showing us amazing service from beginning to end. James and Victor also always make sure we're all taken care of. Definitely recommend coming here for their full Churrasco experience!

Christmas Eve. Absolutely a madhouse. So much so they ran out of mash potatoes. Was there for an hour and only 4-5 times did a server saw us.

Is exactly what you would expect from a place like this. Was disappointed though that the servers didn't come around with all the cuts of meat advertised (in some cases we had to ask). It seemed very inconsistent. When you pay so much, you would expect this aspect to be a bit better. But otherwise very friendly staff and good food.

I don’t eat much actually so not a big fan of AYCE type of restaurants. In few weeks ago, Fogo de Chao offered $39/pp Best of Brazil promotion in Facebook so I thought I might want to give it a try and so reserved a table for four people with that promo code for tonight but when we were seated they said the promo’s not valid any more and regular pricing is about twice of the promo. No excuse no sorry nothing. Be aware.

We always enjoy Fogo de Chao. The food, as always, was delicious. The only downside of our visit this time is that the restaurant was over crowded, making it noisier and the wait for the gauchos to come around with their selections was quite long. They weren't able to keep up with demand. I also suspect the fire Marshall would have had something to say about the size of the crowd.

The food quality was excellent. Yet the service was amazing. Dez got us started with drinks and service kept on getting better and better. Izy was so cordial and always made sure we got everything we needed. Samuel was incredible, and made sure we got every cut of beef we requested. Needless to say they went above and beyond. Will definitely come back and ask especially for them.

It was a busy Friday night, but so many things could’ve been better. Reservation for 13 and table was only set for 12 and only had ‘limited’ room for 12…yay me, I got a chair at the end of where servers had to squeeze between me and the wall. The tables were packed in so tight, the meet service could barely get to half of our party without squeezing between two tables packed with people. A party of 13 packed in between 2 other large parties doesn’t allow for any group conversation. Those of us at the open end probably had the ‘better’ dining experience, but overall it was just not great. The food we had was good, but again, we couldn’t even talk to each other. I would recommend finding a way to use a round or square table for larger groups. A place like this can live with fewer patrons for a better experience.

Wow! This was the busiest lunch crowd I’ve seen. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I was seated with my party of 4 right away. David and Adrian, our servers made sure we had everything we needed. I would rate my experience 11/10. Great job
