My family had a great experience everyone was very nice and attentive and the staff made sure their first experience was the best experience they could ever have. Thank you to the staff.

Waited 30 mins for our table even though we had reservations, over crowded, tables rammed against eachother couldn’t even walk to salad bar properly! Service slow because they were over whelmed with amount of ppl there!

Service and food was great, but it was super crowded and obvious that they had added tables or something, as the rooms were nearly impossible to walk through. It would have been impossible to get a wheelchair through, and navigating to the door to leave after dinner took some consideration.

We had a reservation at 6:15pm but were seated until 7pm. The drinks at the bar were good but it took forever to be served there. The floor was wet in the bar area and a woman had slipped and fell. There was a wet floor sign but it was tucked away a bit. When we left the floor was still wet if not worse…. Once we were seated our amazing waitress Ally helped get us everything we needed for food and drinks. She definitely made up for a rocky start having to wait so long for our table. Some of the meat was over cooked but most of it was flavorful and tasty.

I paid for the highest price meet and i only got service minimum my biggest complain is the don’t service you the quantity of meets and the restaurant was over crowded you couldn’t move and walking around to the salad bar even worst can’t walk you were like pushing people to get through. PLEASE make room to customer to walk i almost felt due to this incident ridiculous waited for an hour to be served.

Service was slow. Paid for the full experience and food was terrible. Put us in the corner when there was plenty of space available. Had to ask for the meat guys to come to our table and when they would come they’d come with like 3-4 pieces on there thing and we had a table of 7. So most of us had to wait longer

We went for our valentine dine in experience and we couldn’t be more pleased to have Litzy as our server. Her kindness and enthusiasm was everything. Also Mike/michael serving the tequila shots was such a gentleman.

Went on Valentine’s Day and they had a minimal selection of cuts brought to our table. Mostly top sirloin. The variety of meats were not there that night it felt like. One of the waiters brought a sample of drinks to our table but were not really samples. He placed them down without our confirmation and said it was 10$ for each. Had to ask the other waiter to remove the drinks from our table and our tab.

Valentine’s Day Disappointment – 3/10 I had high expectations for Fogo de Chão, but my experience on Valentine’s Day was subpar. The restaurant was overcrowded, with tables crammed within two feet of each other, making it feel more like a busy food market than a nice dining establishment. The noise level and lack of space took away from any sense of an enjoyable atmosphere. Service was affected by the crowd—gauchos took a long time to return with meats, and the food itself was just mediocre. To make things worse, the cocktails were watered down and poorly made. I get that Valentine’s Day is a busy night, but for the price, I expected better service, food, and ambiance. If you’re looking for a special occasion dinner, you might want to consider other options.

Venue was packed but honestly I didn’t mind it, once we were seated our server Kyle was amazing and checked up on us often and facilitated any need we had throughout the night. Which was impressive given it was probably one of their busiest nights of the year. The food was amazing as always and ambiance was what you should expected on a day like Valentine’s Day, full of life. I can’t wait to go back for another visit.
