It was chaotic to say the least. Management did a poor job preparing for a large New Years Eve evening. After talking with several patrons waiting to be seated, reservations were at least 2 hrs behind. A 9pm reservation lead to a 1am departure of the restaurant. Once seated the experience & service was as expected from our past NYE evenings. Other than the wait, to be seated we made the best of our evening

Food is good, if you get too much of the outside of the meat it’s way too salty so make sure they cut deep. Also, the service is terrible. The people come by with the meat and that’s fine but you need to ask for everything else as nobody will come check on you. I had to ask for each glass of water, every napkin, to take the dirty plates away, the check and for them to come get the check when you want to pay. For such minimal work that the actual wait staff needs to perform I’m not sure why it’s so terrible. Even the people next us sat for 20 minutes before they just helped themselves to the salad bar.

We really enjoyed our time here at Fogo De Chao. Our server this time was Mizael. As usual, we got great customer service and they are always so accommodating to fulfill our needs. Happy New Year everyone!!

Excellent food and quite the variety. There's definitely something for everyone. Our only complaints were the long wait past our appointment time because the crowd was enormous and that they kept the doors open on a very cold night due to the crowding.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had visiting a Brazilia steakhouse. I paid $258 for a total of three people. The water they don’t tell you it’s a spring water that cost $2 at sprouts but will overcharge you $8 for it. The meat is overcooked and tasteless . Not to mention they only have 5 different kinds of meat. Other steakhouses have about 15 and their taste amazing AND ARE fairly priced . In Roseville I Paid $170 for 3 people and a child. This one has nothing but rude servers who are non Brazilian or don’t know what’s being served. It’s far from a Brazilian buffet. Even the bufffet was sad. NEVERAGAIN

We just had our Christmas Eve dinner for a 7pm reservation. We got there on time snd there was a long line! When we checked in the girl at the front said she marked us arrived but didn’t know how long of a wait it was going to be!!! What is the point of having a reservation when you will not be seated at your reserved time!! We got seated at 740! PLEASE CLOSE THE RESERVATION SLOT IF THERE ARE NO MORE SEATS!!! We could have gone to a different restaurant!! You’re not the one open on Christmas Eve! So disappointed!!!!
