The dinner itself was enjoyable, but the experience was marred by an unacceptable wait. I had never expected to wait an hour and a half for a reservation, especially when it was made in advance. This level of delay is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the restaurant’s management and organization. While the meal was good, this long wait left much to be desired in terms of overall service.

We had a reservation at 630pm and finally left at 730pm because no one could or would tell us how long it was going to be before we were seated. All we got was “it will be soon”. On our way home at 737pm we finally got the text saying our table was ready. I think they booked as many reservations as they could and knew some would fall out so they would be sure to book every available table all night.

Had reservations for 5:00pm. Were sat at 5:15 so not bad. Service was slow. Only got one drink. Food was pretty good. Salad bar way different but good. Chicken wrapped with bacon was dry. Plan on spending lots of time here. Long waits between table service on the meats. We requested service problem three or four times. Valet service was a joke. Had only one guy working New Year’s Eve parking cars.

Fogo De Chao is such fun place to dine. Foods are always delicious and drinks as well. You can dress up if you like but casual is welcome as well. I’ve been there with my family. Go ok’d food, happy tummy with a lot of laughter you don’t regret it

We didn’t get seated until 30mins past our reservation time. The food was not good. All the sides were tasteless. I would not recommend.

While normally good all around. This Sunday the level of service was non existent and at times the meats all but disappeared from the floor. The food that was available was all pretty good. Some of it was overcooked but most of it you could order in the temperature you desired. But it was spotty service all around. No refills, plates not cleared. Missing forks , then missing thongs to pull the meat off at the table next to me. It seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and the crowd was interesting mix of new timers to the Brazilian experience, if you are going to do brunch come at the start from 11am to 1230. And not around 130 or 2pm. It's the same food as dinner. Salad bar was good and the meat parade didn't disappoint once started.

Food is excellent. It never stops coming. Good variety chicken, pork, lamb and lots of beef (sirloin, filet mignon, ribeye, picanha)Salad bar has a nice variety if greens, fruit and even some nice surprises. Dessert was spectacular, cheesecake Brielle and molten lava cake where our picks. We'll worth the money. Looks to be the same at lunch as it is at dinner, maybe less wait at lunch. Wonderful, attentive, friendly staff.
