   It was fine, but I probably wouldn't go back again. All the food came quickly except for the meat, which was the main reason we went. In the first hour we were there only 4-5 of all the meats came by. By the time we were ready to pay we still hadn't seen all the meats and that was two hours into the meal. We also ordered two drinks and those never arrived.

   The service was disappointingly slow, and the staff lacked the personality and enthusiasm one would expect from a restaurant charging $71 per person. The buffet selection was underwhelming—while the quality of the meats was excellent, the meat servers seemed to favor certain tables, leaving others waiting far too long. The ambiance was overwhelmingly loud due to the open-concept layout, giving the space more of a food hall feel than that of a high-end dining experience. For a meal that totaled nearly $500, the service and overall experience fell far short of expectations.

   They crowd too many tables together. Our waitress was pleasant and patient but we felt a little neglected by the meat servers. Also, the produce bar needed freshening more frequently. The soup was barely warm. Be mindful that parking is a problem and on busy nights you may have to use the valet ($10). All said, it’s still a decent place to go with a large group.

   It was our first time dinning here and it exceeded our expectations. The service was top-notch. Everybody was so nice our server. Marta was great and all the meat boys were fabulous. We will definitely be back

   The marker bar was totally picked over and didn’t look clean. The food was very average. Won’t be back.

   Came here for our anniversary. Our server was super nice. He asked which meat we wanted and they were able to get my lamb chop and picanha. We both got the indulgent churrasco, which included 1 choice of enhancement. I got the crab cake which was good if you like crab cake with old bay seasoning and a butter bathed lobster tail which taste like any lobster tail. The cook of the meat was on/off we wanted medium rare for the picanha, which happened in the first round but when we got a second round of picanha it was not medium rare like we wanted but was pretty rare. Some of the meat were a little chewy ( I think it was the bottom sirloin was dry and chewy). But other than that we had good meat in general. The market place with all the veggies are delicious. The palms of heart is my favorite! The We got dessert which was included in the meal we got. The crème brûlée was my least favorite meal. The crème brûlée was very thick and it felt like the dessert was days old. It didn’t have that succulent texture that you would expect from a crème brûlée. My hubby got the molten chocolate and I felt that was really delicious. I would come back but I’ll just do the full churrasco menu. The enchantment is great but I’ll rather order the starters for my seafood. At the end of our meal, the bill took forever. My husband and I waited a bit. Overall 3.85/5 stars

    Experience was good, but they need to do better with the meat quality that they serve to the guests. I prefer my meat to be medium rare and most of the meat that came to our table was medium well which was really hard to eat. Towards the end of my meal, one of the servers asked us if there was a particular meat we wanted and we asked for medium rare filet mignon. We waited about 20 mins and the meat still came out medium well so I didn’t even finish it. The cheese breads were also a little too hard to bite. They used to make it soft and it would come out warm, but it seemed like this time, the breads were stale. Overall, service was great, but the meat needs to be cooked better to cater to all kinds of people’s tastes.
